Final Explination

During this project I have tried to keep to what my research has told me and benefiting from them.
This has made me to believe that company will have to research a huge amount before doing anything at all.
Creating a brand that excites people into wanting to get vinyl records back into fashion again was this brands purpose and I know that I have achieved this.

Everything about the design and research that’s left will be put into my learning report.

It’s titled “Branding the revival of vinyl records.

This will hold all information that I have gathered and also what I have learnt from this project and from its research. I have achieved what I set out for during this project as well as creating a successful brand.

Promotional Pieces

When creating any company out of nothing then that brand needs to have a promotional scheme otherwise where will the profit to keep the company set up come from?

I wanted to keep myself from just creating loads and loads of pieces to give away but keep it conformed to just a few things.

With only using business cards and T-Shirts I have mock-up a few ideas that will inspire people to go to the store potential.

This was never tested so I don’t know whether it will work but as the poste read the logo is concerned they worked. So spreading the word around shouldn’t ever be a problem.

Final Poster Design

I wanted this poster to have narrow text running throughout apart from the fixed logo of course.
The opacity of the colours wheel in the background is very low so it doesn’t interfere with the large text and white barriers. The slogan was thought up during a chat with my friends about the designs. I thought it would be a great use of imagination to put on the front of the poster.

Spacing was a huge issue on this poster as I could never get it as close to each other as I wanted. But by using delivered in-between the text I have got across this problem. The colour is minimal but used well as it’s not over powering.

There is one thing about this poster I find interesting, when this was put on the forum people found it to be modern and they understood the message of the shop. People who I have never known before where asking where the store was located. This was confirmation into that the message was there as well as the colours working well with each other.

Poster Development

Making the poster one of my main pieces to present meant that getting it to be as good as it could be was a must.

The colours had to all work with each other otherwise the amount of colour or brightness could over power the viewer.

Using the Blue coloured disk in the background gave the poster depth compared to just having a black background. I wanted to use the font to have a narrow channel of text so it will be easier to read.

This was done because from my research newspapers do this to keep the eye from straining and easier to read. So I have chosen to put this in my final design after these development pieces.
