There are some other great examples of logo designs on this

Having logo as you can clearly see is more of the time
better than having too much just to fill a space out. You are able to see the
logo for its technical ability instead of it shouting in your face with over
powering colours or a wild font.
One logo on this page interest me which is called 8 fish;
this logo seem like it only has symbols for 4 fish but it’s using negative space
to create the other four fish if you
look closely.
I enjoy looking at logos where you really have to look at
all the space and colours used to get the full image understood.
